Phase I — Training provided at a location designated by La Gourmandise: It is expected that La Gourmandise Management will provide franchisees with approximately 15 to 21 days of initial training at La Gourmandise headquarters or at a location designated by the La Gourmandise Management, beginning approximately 6 to 9 weeks before the franchisee is scheduled to open for business. Phase I instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training. This training will be provided for the franchisee and two (2) to five (5) designated attendees.

Phase II — Training provided at the franchisee’s location: On-site training typically takes place when the franchisee commences operations. Experienced trainers from La Gourmandise will provide on-site training for a period of 7 to 15 days to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations.

  • Individual Unit Franchise Fee – AED 40,000
  • Area development fee is $60,000 for an Area Development agreement in addition to $20,000 as a franchise fee for each unit under the Area Development agreement (meaning unit 2 onwards).
  • Ongoing Royalty – 6%
  • Advertising Fee – 2%
  • Marketing Fund – 1.5%
