  • Individual Unit Franchise Fee – USD 20,000
  • The Area Development agreement fee is dependent on the number of outlets agreed to: (assuming 5) a Five Thousand US Dollar ($5,000) Development Fee will be payable upon the execution of the Area Development Agreement multiplied by the number of stores agreed to.

    A Twenty Thousand US Dollar ($20,000) Franchise Fee for the first restaurant will be payable upon the execution of the first Individual Franchise Agreement simultaneously with the execution of the Area Development Agreement, s o total to be paid by the Area Developer is $45,000.

    A Twenty Thousand US Dollar ($20,000) Franchise Fee will be payable upon the execution of each of the subsequent Franchise Agreements for the additional Four (4) units to be developed under the Area Development (Unit 2 to 5 additional $80,000)
